there are sooo many rules in salaat ......most of the time im thinking if im doing this or that right in salaat rather than concentrating on ALLAH whhich is better!?!?!? what should i do!?

Salam,

Brother, no need to stress yourself. If you're getting confused then just go over it with a Shaykh or seek clarification.
Don't go over all the rules in one go.

Everything is learned in steps.

Remove any waswasa that comes in your mind - they are doubts not ''facts'' because for facts, the shaytan needs to bring you ''proof''.

If u feel overwhelmed first master the fardh and wajib aspects. then move onto the sunnahs of salah.

Yeah man, one step at a time. Don't stress yourself out. Learning the masa'il of salah is not that hard by reading basic books first like ta'limul Haqq.

The khushu' in your salah though...well, people can spend their entire life perfecting their salah and their time would not be in waste.
