Why you sister learn Islam from DR.īs ?

Try to learn Islam from authentic scholars ad books.

You should avoid Dr. zakir naik when he speaks about fiqh matter of islam. but its good about his compartive religions.

You can listen to each of them but take the good and leave the bad. If you don't know which of their beliefs might be wrong, then you shouldn't listen to any of them. Better yet, do as bro. streetwalker said and listen to bayanaats from good scholars. You can find many of these bayanaats on the internet on sites like nazmay.com, tauheed-sunnat.com, ahnaf.com, darsequran.com, etc.

Asslamo Allaikum Sister,

You should see a Doctor if you need Medical Advice.

You should see a Plumber if you need your Kitchen Sink fixed.

You should see a Mechanic if you need your Car fixed.

You should see an Islamic Scholar if you need Islamic advice and there are plenty of Islamic scholars who have Doctorate in Islam (and not in Medicine etc.)
If you see a Doctor instead of a plumber or a Mechanic you will have problems

Similarly if you see a Doctor instead of a Scholar you will have problems

Dawate-Islami is a copycat group (at least in initial aim) of Tablighi Jamaat, except it propagates the Barelwi beliefs (even though Tablighi Jamaat is as non-partisan a group you can get!) and if you live in an area in Pakistan where Dawate-Islami is present, you won't get any sleep due to the loud blaring naats coming out of their masajid.

Also, there are two Dawate-Islami. The so-called "Sunni Dawate-Islami" is very sectarian and likes to make takfir of whoever doesn't follow their ideology by calling them "Wahhabi". The other "Dawate-Islami" is less sectarian.

Dawate islami despite being barelvi have brought a lot of youngsters to the deen. Many of them previously were up to no good yet nowadays in our areas you see them observing the sunnah and perforrming their salah. i think they are the most practising of barelvi organisations.

Dawat e Islami got inspiration from Tableeghi jamaat, Infact their founder name is also Ilyas.
There is no match of Ilyas of Dawat - e - Islami and Shaikh Ilyas of Tableeghi jamaat.
He started his efforts when there was no one agreed to do this struggle for Deen.
Shaikh Ilyas of Tableeghi jamat was very great person. No body from Tabeeghi Jamaat is allowed to come on TV channels.

Dont know was he alone or not, the hatred for TJ and their work is wellknown, and no doubt why people will not disagree who wants a carbon copy of TJ.

My uncle, even though not an active participant, is a supporter of Dawat-e-Islami and he often tells me I'm going to hell.

When did Dawat-e-Islami become the largest, religious, non-political prorogational, peaceful movement of Quran & Sunnah in this country?

Ps. When did brother abdulquddus get banned?

dawat-e-islam is a copy paste of tablighi jamaat. Thank God not cut paste

what i heard from many people that their leader Ilyas Qadri sahab had himself spent chilla (40 days) in tablighi jamaat. Later he formed this organization (dawat-e-islami) and change the title of different activities for e.g jamaat is refer to as Qaafla, 3 days is changed into four days, fazail amaal is change to fazaail sunnat etc etc.
They are working alot and populating more and more as well. They also make shab-e-jumma and refer to that place faizan-e-madina. When pakistan prime minister Nawaz Sharif had changed the weekly holiday from friday to sunday, he also changed the weekly program from shab-e-juma to saturday night.
But now since few years he reverted it back to shab-e-jumma.

Usually the old tablighi fellows do say about them that they will revert back to the work of tablighi Jamaat. Also tablighi elders do goto Ilyas Sahab and give him invitation as well to Ijtima and other big events.

Maulana Abul Hasan Ali Nadwi writes in the Preface of Muntakhab Ahadeeth:
This is a reality which can be stated without any ambiguity and exaggeration, that in the Islamic world of today the most powerful, useful and all-encompassing effort, is the struggle of the Tablighi Jamat whose center is situated at the Tablighi Markaz Nizamuddin, Dehli (India)*. The scope of this effort and its impact is not restricted to the Indian subcontinent, or Asia, but extends to many continents and to a host of Islamic and Non-Islamic states.

*In this assertion and testimony, there is no negation of the importance of all those useful efforts and movements which cater to the reality and needs of the present times, and which also create the ability to counter the prevailing trials and tribulations. Here, the objective is only to acknowledge and highlight the effectiveness and vastness of the efforts being made from the Tablighi Da'wat and its Movement, in a positive manner.

Assalam Alaikum.

One of the tableeghi elders (i am 90% sure it was Haji Abdul Wahab Sahab) had a dream, in which Rasoolulah (SAWW) came. He (SAWW) said that soon the dawat-e-islami people will come back towards the original work of tableegh.
