Some useful tools I use :

-To disable flash on all websites (which means most of the animated advertisements) all you have to do is Alt+P > Advanced > Content > and uncheck "enable plugins". Then you can make exceptions for safe websites (islamic ones) : right click on the page of the website > edit site preferences > content > enable plugins.

-This extension will let you search on the current website through Google for ex. Useful for sunniforumers to retrive a specific post.

-You can also filter any address you dislike : right click > block content > add *facebook* and any facebook button or adress will be blocked.

No but all extensions posted in the repository are checked, so they don't contain any harmful code or any tracking without the user's consent.

By the way one feature I like is the bookmark nickname feature : for each bookmark you can assign a nickname to it; eg if you have sunniforum as a bookmark, right click on it, properties and in nickname type s. This work for any bookmark so it becomes handy to open many bookmarks rapidly.

Why Opera?

Double click on a tab to close it. As simple as that. So convenient if you have a lot of tabs opened and not able to view the x sign to close them.

I'm experiencing some problems using Opera and accessing other servers remotely (using Logmein). Is there a setting I need to adjust? The specific problems are these: I can not use right-click options when I'm on the other server's screen. Also, I can not seem to open a new e-mail in outlook using the other server's screen. Insha'Allah what I describe makes sense.

Help would be appreciated.

able to open e-mail in outlook on the other computer now. Still can't get right click options but that's fine, I can work around that.
