Rolex Books in Rusholme is quite nice and they have a good sized and ever changing selection of books, there are a couple of bookshops on the same street near there too.

There's a nice small bookshop in the front of one of the houses by Dewbsury Markhaz, it is small but is full of books and has quite a nice selection of books, mainly by Deobandi authors.

Darul Kutub South Street.
Madni Kutub khana Thornhill street
Non profitable bookstore, back of South street.

Both are near the Markaz, ask anyone and they should pont them out.
