Salam Alaikum,
"...and never give up hope of Allah's Soothing Mercy: truly no one despairs of Allah's Soothing Mercy, except those who have no faith." [12:87] "And invoke Him in fear and aspiration. Indeed, the mercy of Allah is near to the doers of good." [7:56] "And seek forgiveness of Allah. Indeed, Allah is Forgiving and Merciful." [73:20] Sister never lose hope in Allah. Perform your prayers and read the Quran. |

i am cursed one why it happened and what should I do now? is there any HOPE left for me? ![]() First of all relax. All these doubts and whispers are experienced all of Muslims. Its shaytaan's way of distracting us from Allah Ta'ala. There is no Sin that Allah Ta'ala won't forgive if we repent sincerely. Even if one doesn't repent Allah Ta'ala may forgive all sins except Shirk. But remember if one repents sincerely Allah Ta'ala will forgive even Shirk such is the Mercy of our Rabb. If you want to know how to deal with such whispers, please take time to read this small book. http://yunuspatel.co.za/books-whisperingsofshaitaan.php Sister stay strong in you faith in Allah. Fight shaytaan, Never give up. Allah is always with us. |

Bismihee Ta'aala
Asalamualaikum. Don't ponder about these thoughts. Get these thoughts out of your head immediately. Make istigfar. Make dua to Allah (SWT) to guide you on the right path. Have hope in Allah (SWT). Go surround yourself with religious sisters. Go do something religious. Just don't sit there thinking about all these thoughts. We are blessed to have this iman. Don't let it go. |

Iman may be weak sometimes and may be strong sometimes, what you should do is balance and try to make it stronger each day and not from first day it wont work that way.
The first thing you should is installing something in your heart and your mind that Allah Almighty Is our God and Muhammad SWS is our last prophet, after installation lock it no matter what happens no one can remove it from you. After that al sunna and all prayers etc.. |

It is not Allah ta'ala's adhaab on you. Now why would he punish you when you have decided to repent and turn to Him? Think about it. If anyone has to lose anything, it is Shaytaan. He knows you're turning to Allah and he knows that Allah will forgive all your past in a moment so he's attacking you with these whispers. Ignore them like you would ignore an unwanted obnoxious guest and he will go away insha Allah. |

and I am saying i am nt a believer now. I doubting it. :'( why so? ![]() ![]() Sister you being uncomfortable with such doubts is in itself sign of Imaan. If we didn't have Imaan, we would have be comfortable with such thoughts. Please read this extract from the book of Ml. Yunus Patel 'Combating whispering of shaytaan' Troublesome thoughts A lady called, saying that whilst reading Salaah, the images of idols come in front of her and there is a whispering in her heart : “You are not a Muslim. You are a Mushrik (one who associates partners with Allah Ta’ala), so prostrate (or make sajda) to this idol.” Surely if an image like that comes before a person in Salaah, the person will become terribly worried. And she repeatedly hears this: “You have become a Mushrik. You have become a Mushrik.” As a result she was very, very anxious and worried, saying that due to this worry, she hadn’t slept. Due to the frequency of these whisperings, she was becoming a nervous wreck. She did not know as to whether she would die as a Muslim or not. In fact, she believed that she had lost her Imaan. The Sign of Imaan Nevertheless, I asked this lady a simple question : “Are you comfortable with this thought, that you have turned away from Islam and that you are worshipping this idol, which you see in front of you ?” She said : “No, I am very worried. I am a Muslim and wish to die a Muslim.” To this reply, I said : “That is the sign of Imaan. If you did not have Imaan, then you would have been extremely comfortable with that thought.” The person who is a Christian, Jew, Hindu or Atheist, does not find discomfort in believing what his respective faith asks him to believe. The person is not uncomfortable with these ideologies, doctrines and credences, be it of Christianity, Judaism, Hinduism, Atheism, etc. If you were to ask a Christian : “Are you uncomfortable with your belief in Jesus Christ as the Lord, or the son of God, or in the doctrine of Trinity : the Lord, the son of God and the Holy spirit, all in one ?” He would say : “No, this is my belief and I am very comfortable with it. In fact, I’d be quite happy if you also believe in the same.” On the other hand, those Muslims who are tormented with such thoughts, images or whisperings are most uncomfortable with them. |
