Assalamu Aleykum

Can someone please provide me evidence of where Predestination(قدر) is mentioned in the Holy Quran(not in the Ahadith)

and what are the Ulemas view on this because according to some Shaykhs Bakara 170, 285 and Nisa 136 clearly states what the fundamentals of Imans is and Predestination is not mentioned.
