Asalamu Aleikum - i thought to share something which all you brother and sisters will find helpful and will benefit your health greatly
Upon Waking Up Drink 650ml Of Water before brushing teeth ( 4 X 160ml glasses of water ) then brush your teeth and after wards do not eat or drink for 45 mins ( in these 45 mins - first pray fajar prayer - then do some tilawat at least 3 Rukus - then pray ashraaq namaz , your 45 mins will be fulfilled ) after 45 mins you may eat or drink as normally Note:: whenever eating 20mins of Breakfast , lunch or dinner , do not eat or drink for at least 2 hours Note:: avoid drinking cold water - cold water freezes the acids stored by food in our body , instead try to drink warm water its more beneficial to health This method of drinking water upon waking up is cure for these diseases _ Headache, body ache, heart system, arthritis, fast heart beat, epilepsy, excess fatness, bronchitis asthma, TB, meningitis, kidney and urine diseases, vomiting, gastritis, diarrhea, piles, diabetes, constipation, all eye diseases, womb, cancer and menstrual disorders, ear nose and throat diseases. |

If I could, I would, but I'm on a fluid balance in hospital and it sucks because I'm constantly thirsty We should all aim to have between 1½ and 2 litres of water a day, and that's what my present plan is. Fluids are very important, especially water-based fluids. Hmm, there's a hadith that states that one-third of the stomach to be filled with food, one-third with water and one-third left empty. It's common sense and good advice to follow, I think. |
