Molana Atta ur rehman with his sister and servant, Molana Gul zaman khan with his mother, Molana Irfan Memon, Molana Usman Rasheed, Molana Yunus Kashmiri and Qari Mohammad Abdur rehman got shahadat in the plane crash.

It is first flight of new airline from karachi to Islamabad.

It is second passenger plane crash event in two years in Pakistan. Airblue plane was crashed on 28th July 2010 with 150 passengers. Both planes coming from Karachi to Islamabad and crashes near destination.
