if someone gets his Engineering Degree and Certificate - but he cheated throughout his exams to get that degree then get his Job from that Degree is that earning lawful and Halal for him ? cheating is HARAM but what should he do if he has no other means to get job but only this degree ?

Although cheating is prohibited but the earning through that degree will be
halaal.
