Its not compulsory that every business should have risk in it

precisely.. this business has fixed minimum return on the amount invested (for the current project) and overall the return may increase . But still it doesnt fall under haram category. Because the amount is invested on tools and employees for which we get monthly commission on them. which is always constant as long as our employee or tool is in use.

We had a similar business approved by Mufti Ibrahim Desai and even the present plan was reviewed by Moulana Ismail Moosa before he himself decided to invest and he doesn't have any problem with it.

I mean to be frank with you bro it is good if you could post all the relevent paper work so people have a rough idea what the actual investments are etc.

I have in the past been interested in this particular type of investment with the said previous mention brother.

However I would like to as a Muslim first and then as a person who has many investments and business dealings request that clear contractual agreements are provided and executed that are will stand in the court of law.

It is absolutely imperative that when money is exchanged that both parties are satisfied wholeheartly in the deal. It is further essential that it is made absolutely clear of exactly what is involved as part of this contractual agreement. It would be incorrect to state that there is no risk unless you have the halal insurance processes or make it clear that their is alternative security on the funds or there is not......

Anyhow not trying to rain on the parade. Sounds like an intriging venture and may Allah put barakah in this.

Few brothers of this particular SF Forum have come to our office to clear doubts and have invested with all documents signed officially and few brothers on this SF forum also work in our office

I request our employees or consultants working with us to not reveal any information

we have a contractual agreement with compliance to shariah (Approved by Mufti Ibrahim Desai) and also the local courts. We have given this to those who ever have asked
