Shaykh Faraz Rabbani has been running the http://seekersguidance.org/ site since the last few years. Amazingly, all the courses on the SG website are free! Shaykh Faraz wrote on the 17th of this month on his twitter account http://twitter.com/#!/farazrabbani that 7000 students have joined the free classes.

A good leader moves things ahead and just doesn't cling on to his post.
A good leader surrounds himself with talent even if the new recruit is more talented. A bad leader makes sure that he is all alone and if the tyrant oppressive ruler fears someone else taking over, then the tyrant will one way or another get rid of his competition.
A good leader surrounds himself with people who will disagree with him. A tyrant surrounds himself with people who will say yes to everything like robots.
A good leader will listen to criticism. A bad leader will silence dissent (like here on SF) and might even get rid of the person if he fears the takeover of his chair.
A good leader eventually resigns when he sees that he is hindering the organization. A bad leader will cling on to his title and post (till death if possible) irrespective of how much he is harming the organization.

So Masha Allah, Shaykh Faraz is doing amazing work at Seekersguidance. Previously, he is the one who started off SunniPath but then he had to leave SP. Now with these free classes offerings, SG will be the premiere place for online Islamic classes.
