Anyone with knowledge willing to elaborate on these two terms?

Haqiqa= reality that the Power of Allah is the only Power.

Shariah= creation has wisdom and follows rules laid down by Allah.

How are the two reconciled, what power do human beings poses, it appears to me that I am completely powerless to do anything 'good'.
