Yes, there's no objection to that, as there are other ahadith using similar wordings. but I was referring to the second sentence that our brother made; describing Allah as "putting a smile on His face" is two words I never heard Ulamaa' use together in describing or even making reference to the Sifaat of Allah. Just a bit a caution because the phrase can appear to have other connotations...
