This is quite old. The one giving the Adhan at the beginning is a shia but more modernist than anything. These are the same people that tried to petition he government to ban the burqa in Canada, they are connected to Tarek Fatah, who is a mere puppet of the right wing politicians and pundits in Canada like Ezra Levant and Michael Coren may they be rendered to dust. The husband of the 'imam' in this does not agree with her, and does not let her lead prayers at home (you'll see this in the full program).
Anyway even if there are opinions that women could lead the prayers, that is not why these people are doing it, they are doing it to try to become more secular because of feminism. Mostly these freaks are pakistanis, I don't know what is up with that.
