Default Please I need some suggestions my brothers and sisters in Iman !
As-salaamualaikum Warahmatullaahi Wabarakaatuh,

As we know clearly that the whole of the media is trying to misrepresent Islam and present infront of the whole world as if Islam is the bad religion and Muslims, if follow their religion, becomes the bad people in the world. And They say unbearable things about our Beloved Nabi (Sallallaahualaihi Wasallam). Many times i felt like i should be starting a blog right in between Non Muslims groups and Support Islam Totally and write all negative things about them and hurt their EGO badly, and write the matter of the blog as if it's a common thing, like they do with us. They speak bad about Islam as if its the most common thing in the world and as if its a fact ! They know it for sure their women, their own daughters, their own mothers, their own wives and their own sisters are getting molested and r*p*d because of their stupid mentality. They know it for sure and the REAL RECORDS proves it that atleast one R*** takes place every one min in the SO CALLED THE MOST DEVELOPED COUNTRY IN THE WORLD - UNITED STATES OF AMERICA !

Now i know this is not allowed in Islam. To burst at them and answer angrily or to abuse their believes or thoughts cause if we would do that then they may turn back at Islam and say even more bad things about ALLAH openly. So, I want to do something, Something atleast. When i think of talking to non muslims politely, i stay behind cause i do not have much knowledge through which i can have a rebuttal with them or debate with them. I mean i should be able to answer all of their questions or wrong allegations against Islam inshaALLAH.

So, now The only thing i could think of is to read The Biography of our beloved Nabi (Sallallaahualaihi Wasallam) online in an open live session. So, i need some suggestions on which book should i be buying and which book can be the best to read infront of non muslims, a book in which Our Nabi (Sallallaahualaihi Wasallam)'s praise should be written and answer to the questions of Non Muslims as well, at the places where they doubt as in the time when people were doubting Our Mother Hazrat Aisha (RaziALLAHu Anha) (ASTAGHFIRULLAH) and the situation of some of the Sahabiya (RaziALLAHu Anha)'s marriage getting fixed by ALLAH with our beloved Nabi (Sallallaahualaihi Wasallam) and these non muslims doubt it due to some reasons. So do put some light on this matter and do give me suggestions as to which book would be best to read in which all these matters would be discussed.

JazakALLAH Khair

Read the seerah by Martin Lings. It can be found here: http://www.maktabah.org/biography/68...tin-lings.html

Also, I would recommend you to stay away from refutations and debates with non-Muslims because the job of attacking is easy for them - all they have to do is concoct some lie about Islam and spread it, whereas we have to prove to them that it is a lie - and most of the time, the non-Muslims are not willing to listen. If we are not knowledgeable enough, sometimes we may succumb to the lie and jeopardize our imaan. Our only responsibility is to convey the message. Beyond that, we must realize that only Allah can guide.

So, instead of entering a field where we may end up playing with our imaan, we should first strengthen it by learning more about the deen and learning more about Rasoolullah . The only person you have to be worried about convincing is yourself so if you have any doubts about Islam, you should have them clarified before taking on the baseless accusations from the non-Muslims - and the only way to gain clarity is by gaining knowledge. Gain knowledge for the sake of strengthening your imaan, not to find arguments and refutations against the non-Muslims. Our religion is unique because the more we learn about it, the stronger we become in it.

Do not beat yourself up with what they say. Allah Ta'ala repeatedly consoles Rasulullah in the Qur'aan about not grieving over their words. The advice of brother abdulwahhab is brilliant. It should be read ann re-read

I finish with this verse of the Qur'aan whcih I think applies to what you are feeling,

3:186 Ye shall certainly be tried and tested in your possessions and in your personal selves; and ye shall certainly Hear much that will grieve you, from those who received the Book before you and from those who worship many gods. But if ye persevere patiently, and guard against evil,-then that will be a determining factor in all affairs.

May Allah bless oyu in your Deen and Dunya with khayr.

If we recognize that Allah swt is the only Power, and He has full Knowledge, Will and Strength, then we know that everything is as it should be...Allah has Willed what is in His Wisdom...so our role is to submit and try to gain His Pleasure...in the actions that He has given to us to perform.

If a public venue is available, then go for it. The seerah of Rasoolullah will melt even the coldest of hearts.
