I dont think that trranslation is right, it should be something like "Insha Allah soon Russia will break apart and then America (will)".

"Destroy" is the wrong translation for "tutega"

I had the blessed opportunity to meet with Hadrat and get his dua's recently when he returned from Umrah and stayed for one day in Bombay. We spoke together for almost one hour and it was like sitting with one of the Salaf al Saliheen. I still have a standing invitation for Kapodra but as you know we could not arrange the program last time. Hadrat's son, Mawlana Muhammad will be here on Monday Inshallah from Africa. After meeting with him, I will call you,
