In several Muslims countries including the middle east there is maid service, say a brother is lonely and he has a maid at home , is it halal to sleep with her?

Not that i am saying i would do such a thing..

No its not halal(assuming the brother has attained puberty). No slavery today, everybody is treated as free men and women.

Because i was thinking is Maid and Slave the same thing.
