Why don't you post it in arabic? Transliterations are not always helpful, especially when you have no system to differentiate between certain sounds such as the "h" in muhammad and the "h" in ilaha and allah etc.

The first one is the correct way of saying it. The second way is breaking apart the sentence into individual words and wouldn't be correct if said as a sentence since Arabic words tend to connect with each other.

Yes, I agree the first one is correct, however, I would get rid of the 'r' attached to muhamadur and it should be said Muhamad rasululah or Muhamadun rasuluah, peace and blessings upon him.

^ Shouldn't it be incorporated (Idgham) so automatically the person would be pronouncing it correct?
