assalamualaikum
my sister who lived for five years iun canada now calls herself a salafi.she says that she dont follow any fiqh or imam but the way of Muhammed peace be upon him and sahaba may Allah be pleased with them all.she prays her exactly like men pray and she says bad about our deobandi ulema.she is very hard to convince and she criticizes the four imaams.
i dont know about the salafi aqueeda and dont want to argue with her but i feel pain for her.she dont believe in tasawuf and she makes fun of it.
i want to help her in finding the right way she has been removed and want to convince her but without knowing the truth about salafism its not quite possible.
could my brothers and sisters enlighten me on this subject.

the most important of all books is tajalliyaat e safdar writtn by hadhrat maulana ameen safdar re.a, who himself was a salafi initially and then became hanafi..... you will find it on link number two....

Those two imams. Are they Imams? They curse Imam Abu Haneefa RA.

The knowledge of meraaj rabbani and tauseefurrahman is little more than zero compare to Imam Abu Haneefa RA.

brother well said. i read in hazrat ahmed ali lahoris r.a book majlis e zikr that those people who insulted the ulema have gone to their graves with punishments. thats what salafis do they insult great supreme scholars and sufi masters.

to curse supreme masters like hazrat imam abu hanifa r.a shows that the person is totally retarded.

sister deen has finished in the muslim world thats why salfis are gaining ground when islam returns salfism will disapear. salfis are extremely baydeen people. they resort to scare tactics such as we dont follow a madhab because we follow the quran and hadith. it makes a person scared into thinking that by following a madhab one is not following the quran and hadith. ur sister due to lack of knowledge of quran and hadith became victim of the salafis and now is ruinning her iman.

Never get into arguments with her, and don't even try to make her understand. Or to teach her or preach her. The obligation of the laymen (like you and me) when they are confronted by salafis is to direct them to the Ulema, give any scholar's contact details, maybe direct her to Darul madania or one more (new, I don't remember the name) darul uloom based in toronto (again founded by Shaykh Islmail memon db) or anyone close to where she is located, it is Allah SWT who guides, not we, so your responsibility ends by giving daawah. If you get into arguments, it'll only end up creating more animosity, and if one doesn't accept the truth even when its presented to them, then its we who'll end up feeling bad, and never ever say anything against the Ulema she follows, nor listen to what she says, humbly advice her that if she has problems with deoband and their teachings, ask her to she get an explanation from their side if she truly cares. Leave her at that. Give sadaqah and make dua to Allah SWT for guidance. Huqq will always have an upper hand over batil, and batil will subside sooner or later. Post 9/11 the west did everything to malign Islam and continues to do so, has it succeeded?
