Some points from the Doc. - 90% of what we eat IS NOT FOOD, but food like products. - We get hungry because our cells need their nutrients. Most food we eat are purposely made with no nutrients and packed full of calories so we always stay hungry, which makes us always hungry for high calorie/zero nutritional foods making us obese and making the food companies billions. - Diet, Fat Free, Sugar-Free is just as bad and are just marketing ploys used by food companies to fool people. - Sugar is one of the most lethal items we consume on a daily basis and is responsible in making us fat. - We need to eat more greens as they provide all nutrition to our bodies but also help in flushing out the toxins from other foods. |
