I am quite sure he is asking about angels ie the creation of Allah Ta'aala made of light.

i dont know if its true

watch a baby who does not speak yet for long enough and you will see it IshaAllah.

its like cats and dogs sometimes see and respond to Jinn that you cannot see.

I have heard people say that angels play with them and protect them. You seem them babys play and laugh by themselves. Its probably cause they see angels.

Wouldn't be surprising if they could see angels and jinns.
