Nearly 2 decades ago Haji Abdul Wahab Saheb db is said to have dictated about 40 etiquettes (adaab) of Mashwara at an ijtema in Europe, by any chance does anyone here have it? Can you please share it?

Also, can anyone please suggest me a detailed (yet easy to read and understand Urdu) book on the etiquettes of Ta'leem?
