Default Daily Quran AlKareem Recitation

I do not understand Arabic, though I can read somewhat fluently. My question to most non-Arabic speakers is how do they perform the daily tillavat (recitation) of Quran AlKareem? Do you perform recitation with Tafseer suchas Tafseer-e-Usmani etc? Or you just recite a portion in Arabic? What are some good resources of learning Arabic online?

I do go to weekly dars of Tafseer, but find it really hard to go over Tafseer myself(I have Usmani Tafseer), it really slows me down, and I find it very hard to maintain the focus. I also listen to tafseer bayaan at www.seerat.net by Mufti Sb db. Any pointers as to how to go over Tafseer myslef will be highly appreciated.

I remember hearing a talk by Mufti Taqi Usmani where he explained that tilawah of the Quran and studying the Quran are two different things. I will try to find the youtube link and post it here. But in short, Nabi was sent to do both- to recite the Quran and to teach it.

Our Lord! And raise up in their midst a messenger from among them who shall recite unto them Your ayaat, and shall instruct them in the Scripture and in wisdom and shall make them grow. Lo! Thou, only Thou, art the Mighty, Wise. So I think you should try to do a fixed amount of daily recitation (1 juz, 1/2, 1/4...whatever minimum you can manage) which you can add to if you have time, even without understanding the meaning, but with proper tajweed. In addition, keep attending the weekly dars, and go over the tafseer by yourself when you have time.
