Default Men around the messenger
Hope everybody is doing well inshaAllah.

I am looking for a good book about the sahabah, something to boost my imaan. I would appreciate if you could suggest something? What about the book "Men around the messenger", is it good?

What would you recommend?

for your help.

for your quick reply. I have Hayatus Sahaba, it definitely is a gem, however the one that I have doesn't have the best grammar which makes reading it a bit tidious.

I would greatly appreciate if you have more suggestions.

The new translation published by ZamZam Academy has good grammar. Do you have the new translation or the old one?

Actually, a similar book I'm seeking to get is Men & Women Around the Messenger. However, it's published by Darussalam, so I'm wondering if it's safe to get and/or read it...

Does anyone know if this book is safe?

I have the exact same dilemma. It will be nice if someone here could shed some light on this.

No, it says it is translated by prof. Murtaz Husain fayaz Husain Quraishi, published by Idara Ishaat-E-Diniyat. I hope I have the right book, it looks quite old though.

I have some darussalam books - and I would say definitely avoid their books. They give half information and many times a twisted interpretation of events.

Is the Noble Life of the Prophet and History of Islam (3 Vol) okay? I think I searched here before that those two and Sealed Nectar as well, are safe?
