Text says;

Listen!
Do not send any Quran verses through phone to anybody.
Because they can get deleted.
One sign of the day of Judgement is that Muslims will be taking Quran off the hands of other muslims!

The translation is:

Whether a flood comes or a tornado
Do not send any Ayah (verse) of the Quran from your phone to anyone
Because
It
Will be deleted
And a sign of the day of Judgement is that Muslims will remove/delete verses of the Quran with their own hands

One sign of the day of Judgement:

THE GREATER SIGNS OF THE HOUR The Quran will disappear in one night ,even from the people's hearts, and no Ayyah will be left on earth. (Some groups of old people will be left who will say: "We heard of fathers' saying "LAILLAHA ILLA ALLAH" so we repeat it)

From a lecture at Cambridge University
Islamic Society, Shawwal 1420 / January 2000.
