Renowned Indian writer and scholar Maulana Ghazi Abu Bakr and the Hadith scholar Maulana Khurshid Alam ul Uloom in Deoband who devoted themselves for Divine truth has breathed last today .Maulana ilyas guman says that "I was having a lot of love for Abu bakr gazypury,few years back when he came to Pakistan,I (maulana ilyas guman) was in the company of him.when he return to the india he wrote in his bimonthly magazine zamzam that Maulana Ilyas Ghuman use to travel so much that his name became ghuman.

Hadrat Mawlana Khurshid Alam saheb was the Shaykh al Hadith of Dar al 'Ulum Waqf, Deoband. Hadrat Mawlana Saalim Qasimi appointed Shaykh Ahmad Khidr Mas'udi, the son of the late Hadrat Mawlana Anzar Shah Kashmiri in his place recently.
