is it allowed to remove fine Hair which grow above the Eyebrow by plucking or shaving them?

Wa Alakium assalam wa rahmatu Allah wa baraktuh wa maghfiratuh, well whatever you do don't shave it LOL i admit it tho i pluck mine better then shaving tho because it doesn't grow back for like 2 weeks and when it does you can barely see the hair.

The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “The woman who plucks facial hair and the woman who has this done are cursed.” (Reported by al-Bukhaari and Muslim).
Therefore, who ever plucks their own eyebrows (or other facial hair) or someone else's, or lets some one do it for them, is cursed according to this Hadeeth. If you want the extra hair not to show, try to dye them light color! There's no wrong in that and the results are pretty good.
