Default Bad English in Turath book
Assalamu alaikum,

Is anyone else appalled at the bad grammar and the seeming lack of any editing done at all in The Compendium of Knowledge and Wisdom? Did anyone else read it and find it almost impossible to understand in many places, coupled with countless places where it seems several words seem to be missing?

So much for creating high quality books. The language is worse than most ZamZam books translated in South Africa, which I must say are very good when it comes to English. It is amazing that Turath has been able to create the illusion of good English with glossy covers and papers whereas the South African published ZamZam books get killed in spite of having good English due to their covers.

That's weird considering that the book was translated by Abdassamad Clarke. Can you pinpoint where the mistakes are, etc?

It would be interesting to know with some examples from the book Insh'Allah ? otherwise this was a very generalised statement and grossly unjust...
