He is probably the Afghan equivalent of hazrat muindeen chisti rh of India, Hazrat shah jalal of bangladesh or hazrat ali hajveri rh for pakistan. He was amongst the major saints of scholars from the Western region of afghanistan from city of Herat which was once a famous city with many scholars but now unfortunetely many shias there....

His sayings are amazing. Our dear brother sunni-student786 on sf has mentioned him before so maybe if the respected brother sees this thread he could mention something about this saint.
