Salaam,
Quick question.
You know someone abroad (not related) is in financially difficulty.
Needs money for an operation for his son who has a lot of rare conditions.
This person is a pious man and in need of help, he hasn't asked for help one of his students has to help him.
Can this be classed as Zakaat or Sadaqa?
