This morning we have received news of the sad demise of Hadhrat Bhaijaan Mawlana Safiullah (Nawarallahu marqadahu), the illustrious son of the illustrious Shaykh Maseehul Ummat Mawlana Masehullah Khan (Rahimahullah).

Hadhrat passed away in Delhi and reports suggest the Jananzah will be performed in Jalalabad efter Esha.

May Allah make the maghfirah of Hadhrat, elevate his stages in Jannah and grant sabrun jameel to his students, associates, family and the Ummah. Ameen.

This news comes exactly a week after the demise of Qari Ameer Hasan (Nawarallahu marqadahu).

Very true. This month alone I have heard of so many departures.

May Allah Ta'aala grant Hazrat Jannatul Firdaws, Ameen.

Brother pluto's meeting with Hadhrat Bhaijaan

http://www.sunniforum.com/forum/show...l=1#post669049

wrwb, I had the oppurtunity to visit the mazaar of Hadrath Maseeullah Khan Sahib ra, met and spent time with his son, Maulana Safeeulla Khan Saheb db, also known as 'bhaijaan' almost 85 years old, he is something else, he is amazing, he is lovely, i still remember that meeting as if it was yesterday, i met him while i was in my 4 month khurooj, met him in 1st week of may 2011 i believe, i want to go back to him, if it ever comes to that, i'll pay to do his khidmah, i nearly had an out of body experience while we sat with him, i absolutely love him. I ask Allah SWT to make me meet him again. Summa aameen.

As I write this I have tears in my eyes, I was planning to visit Hadrath ra (believe me its tough to write 'ra' now for him), I have visited him only once, but I can say ......I can't believe he is no more, I'm yet to come to terms with this, I see that my sins are taking their toll, 4 top akaabirs of the ummah have departed,
Ml Khurshid Aalam ra
Ml Ghazipuri ra,
Qari Amir ul Hasan ra,
Ml Safeeullah Khan Saheb ra,

Haven't met the first 2, but the latter 2 were among the 'old school' akaabirs we only get to read in the books.

By Allah SWT's grace, I have met many akaabirs, but Ml Safeeullah Khan Saheb ra in that one mulaqaat I had with him touched my heart like no one else's.

May Allah SWT forgive his sins, grant him all round aafiyatt from here on until Jannat ul Firdaus, May Allah SWT grant him Jannat ul Firdaus and the company of the Last Prophet, Prophet Muhammad -saws-, may Allah SWT take the work of Deen (even more than Ml Maseeullah Khan Saheb ra and Ml Safeeullah Khan Saheb ra) from his nasl until the Last Day with full on ikhlaas, isteqaamatt and aafiyatt. May Allah SWT grant sabr e jameel to Maulana's relatives. May his grave be the abode of peace. May Allah SWT keep all sorts of harm of this world and the next away from him and his nasl. Summa Aameen.

I remember hazrat bhaijan clearly. He (r.a) came to S.A about 10 - 12 years back and my dad took us (the kids) to greet him. His image never left my mind until now! He had some problem with his legs and was in a wheelchair, but even sitting in a wheelchair he seemed so.... strong and cheerful. He gave me a five rand (that's not the reason i remember him, just in case anyone is wondering!) But yeah, i feel lucky to have met this saint in his lifetime
