Default Help! i think i saw the prophet in my dream (confused)
In my dream it was very clear, i was in a book-like store, and i was on the upper floor, i was with my father, and he said to me go downstairs and ask the prophet something which i forgot, very hard to remember, i went downstairs, and the view from the dream was from the corner of the room, and the prophet was standing their facing me, and something in my dream and my niyya was telling me that is the prophet, and it was something i worked for, it happened yesterday, after i fasted which i intended to do, after my salah isha, i read suratal ikhlas 3 times and sended salawat on nabiyul muhammad alayi salatawus salam, and then i went to
sleep, he was wearing a white clean qamis with a turban and was taller then me (i think) and i am thinking about this all day, in happiness and slightly in confusion.

Much help appreciated

Wasalamu alaykum warahmatullahi wa barakatu.

Can you describe what he looked like...his complexion and that kind of thing.

From what I have read a dream about the Prophet[saws] is always a good thing.
Also I remember reading something about the Prophet[saws] saying that if you see him in a dream its him
because jinns cannot take on his image. And Allah knows best.

All i could tell he was arab skinned, and the view from my dream was not in first person, rather far from contact, and its very hard to remember, all i know is my niya and my father my mother are telling me mashallah and its true, i read other people's stories and they also said it was very hard to remember, and this dream was quick, like very quick, i wish Allah grants me another oppertunity to see him alayhi salatawus salam again, truly honored for such an experience

that is a good dream.

The fact that the Prophet was dressed in white is also a very good sign.

My interpretation of your dream:
A book shop is a repository of knowledge and your father sending you downstairs to ask the Prophet a question seems to suggest that you should make an effort to gain deeper knowledge and understanding of hadith and sunnah.

Ameen brother. What a beautiful dream

May Allah (SWT) grant us all the opportunity to have such beautiful dreams - a visit form our Beloved (SAW) in dreams, and may He grant us a place near him in paradise. Ameen.
