Default You are Single, not Dead.
You are Single, not Dead.

Being single does not mean that you are weak, it's mean you are strong enough to wait for what you really deserve. If you are happy and confident, you are more likely to attract the right person into your life in the first place. And most importantly when Allah (God) knows you’re ready for the responsibility of commitment, He will reveal the right person under the right circumstances. You are not going to displease Allah if you’re single (by Qadar). But you may displease Allah by your lack of thankfulness and weakness in your reliance (tawakul) in Him and giving up on life altogether. Wait patiently and be optimistic.
Try to feel Allah near you and fear him, love him.Islam is the only code to feel Allah and his kindness.

Come on sister.
It is such an honour that Allah(SWT) made us homo sapiens.
Who could question Him if he had not?
And however much we thank Him for this it shall not be enough.
To Him is due all praise and and He is All-Pure.
Of course there tests and trials in life but His planning is always good for us.

You are trying to scare us (as in a jest), right?
Marriage is a need and that is what it should be taken as.
If anyone needs to get married then one should because it is obligatory on us to fulfill our needs.
The goodies start there itself because marriage is Prophet(PBUH)'s Sunnah also.
And the only thing that one has to look for in the perspective spouse is religiosity.
Compatibility is also alright but perfection is a chimera and that is where trouble starts. I am not perfect so why must I demand perfection of any kind on the others part?

Very well said but if there is a need for marriage make you hint to the capable people and they will do the needful. The problem is only slightly more complicated in the west.

Hazrat, spending your valuable time on other threads will be a better idea, I think. Her signature link clarifies everything.

I, obviously, have not learned my lesson!
