Alsalamu 3alaikum,

Ok so I was just at the bookstore and I was interested in buying a copy of Sahih Bukhari when I came across what seemed to be a nice publication of Fath-Al-Bari and I began to try and weigh the pros and cons on whether I should purchase Bukhari only, the commentary only to save money as the ahadeeth are contained therein or both?

Any recommendations?
