I have few questions my friend and his wife are not getting along they always argue and have split up and they do not see each other.

he recieved some taweez from pakistan to make things better he sent a sheet of paper with 15 square shape with line drawn in them & a few arabic word written on them he was told to write his name his mothers name also his wifes name and her mothers name and was told to burn 1 a day every evening.

is this a good taweez ??

is this jadoo and are jinns involved in this ????

will it really work ???

Anything other than Kouraan and sunna is "batel" it means hes doing it the wrong way, if he wants to get back as he was, the only way we all know is Allah.
