Brother when we are in minority at some place. Others will recognise us as muslims by name, like Ali, hussain, Abbas etc. And our division gives a wrong message to others. We shall oppose the shias, the qadiyanees etc tooth and nail. But Silence is better in these circumstances. Rasulullah SAS tolerated the munaafiqs to avoid fitnah.

from reading what you guys have written, i feel ashamed of calling myself a muslim, we are muslims not evil men, we do not break other fellow muslim brohters teeth for praying in masjids, we do not spread hate whether others do, we do not mock and laugh at others, is this what our prophet (saw) taught us?>>> to mock and laugh at other religions, we should take a peacfull and humane approach, if others are bad it doesn't mean we should be bad too, if this is the case then what difference is there in us and others

Just like other religions and sects have their ways and reasons of teaching and spreading the word so do these muslims, so do you!! if you deny you dont have ways of teaching others and recieve reward from it then surely this isn't islam but somthing else.

what really gets to me is these inhumane comments of hurting others and breaking their teeth as somone mentioned and mocking, why can't we all just live peacfully with other sects, we are just muslims.

stop the hate and bring in unity and peace, this is pure discrimination in western terms, so stop discriminating brothers and sisters. its wrong.

You forgot one thing, that shiaa took your religion and cooked it as what they desire, is that ok with you ? peace is not to stand there and do nothing in the contrary peace is something you should act and correct others mistake.

the country you live in.

the true path of Islam.

Maybe spark up a conversation introduce yourself and let them know that the mosque is not a Shia mosque and that
"you have never seen Shias" come into a Sunni mosque. See what they say

thank you, i agree with what you said there, wel most of it, its good to read what you wrote about how we should deal with situations like these, for lost muslims or people of other faiths we should be extra carfull and show a warm greeting feel which would attract them to learn about who we are.

Alot of these replies on here are not defensive but offensive we do not offend in islam we only defend. in order to spread the word, we should be happy these people come to our door step, we should speak to them and share knowledge and maybe they will learn from this, but from looking at the way most of the member who replied and produced this thread, it seems they have no knowledge of the basics of islam, they shouldn't really bother replying at all, as it would cause other muslims to feel war, crime, hate, fighting is normal and to hit other muslims from different sects is somthing good, rewarding and taken as somthing that can be joked about so lightly, this is not islam, so basically most of the members who agreed or shown hate are actually extremists in my eyes.
