Assalamu aliakum,

I am wondering if anyone knows more about this topic. If there are any scholars who have studied this contract I ask them to please explain over here how this process exactly works on a step by step basis. I only ask because the institutions who carry out this practice are very protective of their contract and will not allow anyone to see it. This is completely stupid as the one who will sign the contract will read it before signing it.

Personally I am not satisfied with their half baked explanations. However I am not closing my mind - if anyone can offer more explanation and clarity I want to know and learn.
