This attitude doesnt resmble the attitude of eminent scholars of Deoband, rather the attitude of Baralewi founder who LABELLED everyone kaafir, whoever was not in agreement with him.

I think most of the problem lies here: I don't recall anyone making takfir in that thread.
But too often (and I've noticed this in various discussions and thread) we take any criticism of our position as a takfir, and thus we get extra-offended, while in reality no takfir was done..
