Yes this is the exact durood, Salaatul Bir, and we are using same book Hazrat Majlis Raipuri but you have a cleaner copy. I wanted to keep this durood hidden and let the readers find themselves but anyways its been in the book ever since and buzrughs have mentioned it also.
The better person who can comment on the book Dalail ul Khairaat is user Nayyarsh. |

I was given ijazah to give dailail ul khairat to whoever wants it from a shaykh (he wants to be unknown). It can be recited however a person wants to read it i.e. 1 juz per day or one complete recital per day. The purpose of this ijazah is just for barakah and nothing more; The respected shaykh was given this ijazah by 17 separate mashaikh. Let me list some of them.
1.The respected shaykh's father from maulana uzair gul rh (prisoner in malta with shaykh ul hind and maulana madni rh) 2. syed tasneem ul haq sb (translator of many books into pushtu including behesti zewar) from ml uzair gul 3.ml abdul rauf sb s/o ml uzair gul 4.syed Halimi sb from ml faqeer muhammad peshawari (khalifah of hazrat thanvi) 5.dars molana ra (big qadri, chisti shaykh, master of tafsir of quraan) 6.ubail mueed nashbandi ra (a big time naqshbandi shaykh whose heart was doing zikr even after he passed away) 7.Ml ashraf sb from ml yousuf binori (muhaddith al kabir) 8.Sahibzada sharif khan from his father mekhband baba jee 9..pir musarrat shah sb from shaikh ul hadeeth maulana zakariya ra 10. hazrat shaykh aziz ul haq sb (my own beloved shaykh may ALLAH bless him and allow us to benefit from him ameen) 11..maulana kiyal muhammad db from hazrat abdul hameed hurmazi (from waziristan, shaykh ul hadeeth and khalifah of hazrat thanvi) ra |

![]() This is available in Turkish too. Now, I don't want to overwhelm myself with various duties so early on, but I am interested in this and wonder if I should hold off for now or if it would be okay to start reading it in the 2, 3, 4 or 8 day divisions (likely 8 for me)? delailihayrat1.jpg ![]() |

Some buzrughs have kept collections of durood. Among them one of the more famous and easy to read collections is of Shaikhul Hadith Moulana Zakariyyah (ra) and this can be found recited by Moulana Yunus Patel sahib (ra) on his website. It is an excellent collection of salaat and salaam and I think it is underrated. I think it totals 80 salawaat and it is very easy on the tongue. Its compiled in such a way that a person can memorize all 80 salawaat if they wanted to, its easy to recite. It is a must have in every believers collection.

If I remember correctly, Shaikh Zakariyyah (ra) has two books; Fazail e Durood and Fazail e Salaat alan Nabi salallahu alayhi wa sallam. In Fazail e Durood he has written fazail of reciting durood and it is a small book and in this book he has not listed his collection of durood. In Fazail e Salaat alan Nabi salallahu alayhi wa sallam he has written a lengthy book on durood and has listed the durood collection at the end of the book.

My bad, Shaikh Zakariyyah (ra) has listed 40 salawaat in his book not 80. If you read each durood double you will get 80. On this youtube track you can see the entire book and each durood in it and then from 5:55 you can hear the late shaikh Moulana Yunus Patel sahib (ra) reading some of the durood from the book and then he is making a deep heartfelt dua amazing Shaikh Yunus Patel sahib (ra).

One way you can read 100 all inclusive durood in just 2 minutes is that you read this durood once:
![]() This durood includes the mention of "aalihi" and "baarik" and "sallim". Some buzrughs have said that durood without the mention of "aalihi" is devoid of full virtue and some have said durood devoid of the mention of "baarik" and "sallim" is devoid of full virtue. Durood should at minimum include all three mentions. So if this durood is read once and then followed up with 4 recitations of this durood: ![]() So now 5 durood would have been recited and would have included mention of "aalihi" and "baarik" and "sallim" in an easy manner. If you read 5 per each groove on each finger you will read 20 durood per finger. 20 durood per finger for 5 fingers will give you 100 durood in roughly 2 minutes time. So if you read durood for just 10 minutes at this steady rate you will read 500 durood in just 10 minutes. *Disclaimer* This is according to my weak math skills! Here is a picture of an index finger: ![]() Count the top of the finger as 1 groove, then the 2nd groove before the knuckle groove, then the knuckle groove, and finally the 4th groove which is at the base of the index finger - 4 grooves per finger. 5 durood per groove. 20 durood per finger. 100 durood per hand in 2 minute time. |
