Allaah says:

"And whosoever strives hard, does so only for his own good; for, verily! Allaah does not stand in need of anything in all the worlds."

(Al- Ankabut 29: 6)

This thread is firstly for me and secondly for others.

Our Imaan is like the wave of water. Sometimes it rises at a high position, sometimes remains at low. During lower state of Imaan we show weakness to follow the order of Allaah , the Sunnah of Rasulullaah .

There are some words those can boost up our Imaan. These words may be from Quran, Hadith, life of our salaf etc.
Please post some of Imaan boosting stuffs on this thread.

When he (Hadhrat Khubaib ) was brought to the gallows and asked to make his last wish, if any, he requested:

"Allow me to say two rakaat of Salaat, for it is time for me to leave the world and meet my Allah."

They let him say his Salaat. On finishing the two rakaat most calmly, he said:

"But for your thinking that I was afraid for death, I would have said another two rakaats."

He was then tied to the gallows. At that time he said:

"O Allah! There is nobody to convey my last Salaam to the Prophet ."

And Allah sent his Salaam to the Prophet through an angel. The Prophet answered:

"! O Khubaib,"

and observed to the Sahaabah:

"Khubaib has been martyred by the Qureysh."

At the gallows forty of the Qureysh speared at him simultaneously. One of those teased him:

"Say by Allah if you now wish Muhammad () to be in your place to be let off."

He replied:

"By Allah the Most Magnificent, I will not tolerate a thorn pricking the Prophet in ransom for my life."

In Badr, the Prophet was sitting in a tent. He exhorted the Sahaabah to fight, saying:

"Rise up and race one with another for a Paradise as wide as are the Heavens and the Earth, prepared for the Muttaqin."

Hadhrat Umair Ibnul Humaam was also listening to this. He exclaimed:

"Bakh! Bakh! (How wonderful)."

The Prophet asked Hadhrat Umair what he meant by that exclamation.

He said: "I wish to be one of those for whom this Paradise has been prepared."

The Prophet said: "Rest assured, you are one of them."

Hadhrat Umair then took out a few dates from his bag and began to eat. While he was eating, he suddenly said:

"To wait till the dates finish will be a very long time. I can not do that."

Saying this, he threw away the dates, and with sword in hand jumped into the battlefield and fought till he was killed.

Anas ibne Malik narrates that Rasulullah said: I wish I could meet my brothers. The Sahabah of Nabi asked: Are we not your brothers? He replied: You are my companions, but my brothers are those who will believe in me without having seen me.

"O, Sa'ad! Where are you going? By Allah! I smell the fragrance of Paradise coming from Mount Uhud."

- Hadhrat Anas bin Nadhr (when he saw Hadhrat Sa'ad bin Ma'az passing in front of him during the deadly assault of the enemies from rear side in the battle of Uhud.)

"O mankind! Remember Allah's favours to you. Is there any Creator other than Allah Who provides for you sustenance from the sky and the earth? None is worthy of worship but He. How then are you turning away (from Him)?"

Umar ibnil Khattab narrates that some prisoners (of war) were brought before Rasulullah , and a woman from amongst the prisoners was searching (for her child). Upon finding the infant among the prisoners, she took him, placed him with her body and began nursing him. Rasulullah said to us: Do you think this woman can cast her son into the fire? We replied: No, by Allah, so long as she is in a position not to cast him. Rasulullah said: Indeed, Allah is more Merciful to His slaves than this woman is to her son!
