has any body here ever experienced initiating a travel agency spppecially for hajj

i mean !! what it really takes to set up one?

My intention is to set it up in the near future may be after 4/5 yrs if allah wills.
but i donno any thing about it. neither can i afford it as of now.

any suggestions pls??
any player in that field on SF.

I do not have any personal experience on arranging hajj trips, but here are some thoughts:
a) start off with Umrah, to familiarize yourself with the locations, and build long-term relationship with the locals there
b) you will need to know Arabic to be able to successfully arrange a trip, as well as to manage the hajj group
c) in your own country, you would need to provide training to the travelers; so it would be important to get in touch with a scholar and have him cooperate with you on this
d) find out what the other hajj groups in your country offer, so that you can match them, or offer better.
etc.
