As-salaamualaikum Warahmatullaahi Wabarakaatuh,
When I'm in extreme distress i have this problem of crying for an Hour. I can't control my tears and i get headaches. Is there any supplications or Duas which our beloved Nabi (Sallallaahualaihi Wasallam) showed us to supplicate when in distress ?? My issue is nothing for others. But for me it's Big. If somebody ignores me i feel extremely distressed. Don't comment on the person who ignored me, tell me what supplications i should be doing ? |

Asalaam
A walk around about ishraq/fajr time is my personal advice. Walking on grass which is soft at this time lightens the head for the whole day, I read it in the advice of a shaykh to his murid and it works tried and tested. Zikr you could do: Durud sharif, the shorter version if you can't say the long one صلى الله عليه و سلم لا حول ولاقوة إلا بالله There is no power or might except with Allah How old are you. Wasalaam |

-Dua for stress 'Yaa Hayyu yaa Qayyoom bi rahmatika astagheeth' (O Ever Living. O Sustainer, by Your mercy I seek help)" -Protection from 8 problems: Transliteration: Allahumma inni auzhubika minal Hammi wal hazan, wal ajzi wal kasal, wal bukhli wal jubn, wa Dhala'idayni wa Ghalabathi rrijaal. Meaning:'O Allaah, I take refuge in You from anxiety and sorrow, weakness and laziness, miserliness and cowardice, the burden of debts and from being over powered by men.' |
