1. i show an image and description of a product to a prospective buyer without implying that i possess the product and also set a price with him for that product. i then purchase the product myself and then sell the product to the buyer who pays first for that product that i now possess and to whom i send the product after receiving payment.
This is a normal sale. When using words like possession one has to be careful. "Ownership" and "possession" has two distinct meanings. Ownership refers to holding legal title. Whereas "possession" refers to the ability to transfer or deliver the owned item in question to the buyer. For a sale one needs to own it and possess. One without the other is not ok.

2. i show an image and description of a product to a prospective buyer without implying that i possess the product and also set a price with him for that product. i then proceed to sell the product to the buyer without being in possession of the product and only purchase the product once i receive payment from the buyer and then send the product once i have recieved payment. this is bay as-salam if one follows all the rules of bay as-salam.

3. i show an image and description of a product to a prospective buyer without implying that i possess the product and also set a price with him for that product. i then ask the buyer to deposit payment with a third party, e.g paypal or escrow scheme. once the payment is with the third party i then proceed to purchase the product and once i have the product in my possession or once the buyer recieves the product i then retrieve the money from the third party. I believe this is similar to the order method which I posted in my previous post.

Note: the above are not fatwas.

I can advise you guys to just find sites, there are both offline and online access. There is an example to all the documents. Such as business sale agreement and many others. Much more convenient, I think, than several times to fill out the form. And this kind of business is allowed in the marketplace. And it's pretty common practice to resell businesses. So you have nothing to be afraid of. But if you want to do it, all the more reason why you need an application to help you get the contracts right. Otherwise, it will only be worse for you.
