it is winter here and i can not go outsiide to any islamic center or mosqe is there any way i can learn more about islam and her stuff about islam online?

There's many more but I am kind of in a rush. Just make sure you go to trusted sites and not some random sites (not all are legitimate). Halal-tube will keep you busy for weeks, maybe months or more!

I like to read islamweb.net's fatwa section from time to time to Insha'Allah increase my general knowledge. Sometimes I find stuff which I had wanted to know about also and I get an answer that way.
