Why does everyone target Pakistan? (2) Situation for brick workers might be only quantitatively better in India but not qualitatively. A bad thing has to be forbidden wherever it happens. Nahi-'Anil-Munker is not confined to Saudia. |

Whats the purpose really behind putting up such kind of reports. ![]() If its a made up story then its bad. But if this kind of deceit in the name of money lending do exist, then it should be condemned. We shouldn't turn a blind eye to such problems just because someone else is pointing it out. There are some issues in the Muslim society, just because non-muslims point it out, doesn't mean it doesn't exist. |

Its the feudal system i think, it has to go. The unfortunate thing is that Pakistan never abolished the feudal system. Its so bad that lets say a girl marries into this sytem and her husband dies, she cannot return back home. The father in law will take her as his wife now. ![]() Yes hazrat. It was very common in rural India. Now it has been abolished for decades. I do not know if it is still present. |

![]() why do some people want to ignore the problems within the ummah or try to brush them away and disregard them? how are the muslims going to sort out the world if we dont bother sorting out our own countries as well? these people who are being oppressed are our brothers and sisters. they are muslims and even if ONE muslim has a complaint then ALL of the muslims should help to alleviate the problem. we call ourselves an ummah and show pride but seriously the kuffar laugh at us. i have read it on their forums. they rightly point out that muslims bang on about being one ummah, being united, being a brotherhood.............but when a muslim needs help everyone turns their backs! regularly i see mentally and physically disabled muslim children in my area being taken on outings or shopping and looked after, not by muslims but by the kuffar. we have huge amounts of money that we donate so that our local masjid can have a bigger more expensive chandalier than the masjid down the road, so that we can automatic taps in the wudhu khana, so that we can have marble floors and walls with underfloor heating........but we neglect the weak and needy ones in our ummah, we neglect the starving in our ummah. muslim parents are being forced to leave their children in the deserts in somalia. where did we go wrong????? |
