 Dream Interoration
My ailing grandfather had a dream in which he saw me and my parents had gone for umrah in the month of Prophets birth month. Its obviously a good dream but does anyone know the meaning of this dream? Does it mean that I am going to go for Umrah or was it just a good dream or what? please someone tell.
I asked this same question in some other forum as well but didnt get any proper answers...so please help. Does It anywhere say anything about others having dreams about you...and do those dreams mean anything at all like how some of the dreams that we have mean something? |

You can ask (Mufti) E Salejee. Can I ask brother were you satisfied with the the interpretation you got from the mufti? Because I have a dream from a month ago I want interpreting. I tried daruliftaa, and no disrespect to the mufti, I hope Allah SWT blesses him and his family, but while writing about my dream in depth and some information about my life in addition, I got a one sentence reply which wasn't meaningful. و عليكم السلام |

Yes I was satisfied with the interpretation, I also gave a detailed in depth account of my dream and also got a sentence reply, this however does not make a difference in my opinion.
I emailed Maulana Yunus Patel (may Allah grant him Janaat) last year with an in depth account of my dream and his interpretation was spot on (MashAllah) and this was also a very simple reply. I have also read dream interpretations on another site eshaykh.com and once again the replies are 1 sentence also. Just to add to this, when you think of Prophet Yusuf (AS) and the dream he interpretated for king of his time it was a very simple reply yet the dream was filled with detail. Allah knows best |

I see, I do find it strange that one sentence is enough. But I guess if thats the norm. I will give the mufti you listed a go inshaa allah and see what he says. It's just the answer I got previously just really didn't seem to click. Allahu a'lam I'm probably just being ignorant.

You can ask (Mufti) E Salejee. And this was his reply which makes me think that either he didn't understand my email or maybe he can't interpret dreams properly. May Allah Ta`ala bless them with the barkat of these mubaarak places. Recite durood shareef in abundance and make ta`leem of Fazaaile Durood. And Allah Ta`ala knows best (Mufti) E Salejee |
