i always tend to over think stuff and this has been bothering me for the last few hours so if anyone could put my mind at rest. in surah 7 verse 53 or 54 it says the night follows the day in RAPID succession. However this dosent happen in the north and south poles where night and day are 6 months apart. if anyone can just clear this up for me. may Allah reward you

I don't know the actual tafsir for the ayat. But I don't think the "the night follows the day in RAPID succession" is to be taken as locally, but as globally.
