To reconcile with the famous narrations that Bro Fusus posted, maybe an inquiry should be made to the Ulamaa' about those narrations to see whether or not those females/slaves were either Rasulullah

Salaam alaikum,
I would like to know a few things about this article, and so should every Muslim before they jump to conclusions about another person who is not only a Muslims but also an accepted Shaikh by many other ulama. - who is doing the interview? - where was the interview done and what year? - what language was the interview done in? - who translated the interview if it was in another language? - the Shaikh being allegedly interviewed language is not english, and what is written here does not match with how he actually speaks english. So if the interview was done in english, has the discourse been embelished or is it word for word (which seems dubious when compared to how the Shaikh actually speaks english). Regardless of what maslak we follow we should never ever believe everything we hear or read, especially on the internet. We must check before saying anything, we are order to do so by Allah. If we are wrong we are slandering the person, and we will be held accountable. Also, if we do not know the authenticity of articles on the web we should not share them and spread them around. Rasulullah salallahu alaihi wa salim has that it is enough for a person to be called a liar in that he relates everything that he hears. So one may disagree with what is being said in the article, but before you insult or attribute it to the Shaikh, make sure that the Shaikh actually said these things. Man samata naja. |

Salaam alaikum,
I don't know who the ulama of haqq are, but Shaikh Muhammad Maliki al-Alawi, Shaikh Muhammad Yaqubi, the Habaib of Yemen, Shaikh Abd ar-Rahman ash-Shaguri, Shaikh Babikr Ahmad Babikr of Sudan, and various other ulama have praised him. I would like to see any non-salafi ulama who have said anything negative about him and if this criticism has been echoed by their peers. |

I will grant Shaikh Abd al-Qadir as-Sufi of the Murabit have raised issues, I want to know if there are any ulama from outside of his circle and who are not salafi who have said anything negative about Shaikh Nazim, not about his mureeds, not about his khulafa, but about him as an individual. For example, it is not right to judge the elders of tabligh, may Allah bless them all, based on the actions of people that go in jamaat, 4 months workers, or shura members. They are free from the faults of anyone else, as is Shaikh Nazim free from the people who do what ever they like even thought they associate themselves with him.

Bismihee Ta'aala
Asalamualaikum. I don't know much about Shaykh Nazim, so I won't say much. However, I would like to know what the Deobandi ulema say about him. I saw a video of the Habaib meeting him. That was interesting. Anyways I saw this video and am a little cautious when it comes to the Shaykh. Maybe all the females in the video are his mehrams Allahu A'alim. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jO1fI...eature=related |

Salaam alaikum
I have not heard any modern day scholars in Europe or in Western Countries say the things that Shaikh Nazim said regarding jihad while he was in Europe, maybe only salafis. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6yIw780THmA http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rz881..._order&list=UL |

This is what Shaikh Nazim said in regards to the hijab and niqab bans in France and when the Azhar Shaikh made his thing about the niqab. The talk is about Islamic identity.

Non-mahram women are kissing his hands and putting a hat on his head. And he's celebrating his birthday. |
