TV is the most effective tool of sheitans influence within human race and especially islamic world. it is the most effective tool for worldliness, entertainment, consumerism, fahsha and internationalization of kufr culture.
within our muslim culture it has effectively done away with haya from our families and society. prophet SAS in a hadith stressed about necesity of haya for muslim. following are some imediate effect of TV in ones dunya and akhira
1. TV takes away adab and haya from muslim families and character
2. It exagerates the pleasure of worldly enjoyment and focuses ones mind in dunya rather than akhira
3. It has taken away little time that one had for quran dhikr and other aamal saleh
4. By constanty showing anti shariah disasters and negative news numbs human senses to violance and imorality and turns the audiance to passive sole
5. imoral scenes blinds noor of eiman that one works so hard to gather by doing salat etc and runs the angels away from the house.

that is true people waching violence and mtv or something like that on tv makes them want to be what they see on tv for example you know these kid tv stations nickalodian well they have shows that influens haram stuff such as victories or i carly these shows have singing dancing dadting kissing and so on and 7 year olds wach that stuff what i think is that just get an internatinal satelite and keep the religouse chanels on for example saudi sunna i think or something else and a few new stations

But just to be clear, the TV is just a piece of plastic and metal wiring with some glass. It's not evil.
What is evil is the programming that promotes evil concepts and conduct.

We should be careful to draw the distinction as our Ummah has wrongly confused technology and its uses in many instances. The reality is: the enemies of Islam dominate the programming on TVs found in Muslim households. They produce their evil programming in Muslim countries and in kufr countries.

Governments can easily control programming by eliminating licenses for broadcasting, by censoring content, by providing standards, and can even block transmissions to TVS from stations and satellites.

Thus, EVIL governments are the primary advocates of EVIL in Muslim lives.
They allow for EVIL programming to reach Muslims, while at the same time restricting and controlling what is said at the mimbar.

Almost every household has a TV, but not every household has a learned, believer in it.

To really change the issue, throwing out your TV won't do, because your family can still go to other houses and is exposed to other families with TV. However, change the government and you change the society.

TV is an easy way of communicating ideas and information. All one has to do is listen, if not also watch.

It is NOT a good way to culture someone, as it requires give and take, and TV merely requires a passive, receptive manner.
The best way of communication is face to face.
But to communicate with 100s of millions, even billions of people who are already passive and receptive, combining audio and visual senses, then TV is efficient.


Iqra channel is produced in Saudi Arabia and has tried for some time to get on European and English language channels, but govts keep setting up obsticals.

That leads to our objective: Dawah to Islam is the priority.

respectfully this is the most common argument people make and it ends of indirectly solidif and legitimize the rule of TV in muslim house hold. the other common argument is that it has nature program etc. Tv, is a continum of kufr tool that emancipate human freedom through five senses. in this case by by unlimited entertainment and joy of the vision. in shariah our vision suppose to be looking at quran and creation of allah to do some fikr. some ulamaq say any other use of eye constitute some kind of sin and rumi say if you want the eye of your heart to open then close the physical eye.
