Default Deeds and 24/7 rewards?

Which are those deeds for which we can get the reward till our whole life or till qayamath ?

1. Building a masjid or atleast giving one one brick as sadaqah, he will get the reward till qayamat.

Any more you people can add....

Teaching someone to recite the Quran, who then teaches it to someone else, and so on.

Growing a beard.

By conducting ourselves in a proper manner 100% of the time as taught by the Prophet , we never know where we may be having an effect on who, and it may turn into a sadaqah jaaria (continuous reward) for us, .

For example, when I really got into practicing the deen was a little bit before this past Ramadan. I had started guarding my salat 5 times daily and learning more and more about the deen, Alhamdulillah. However, at this point, I had no intention to keep a sunnah beard. I usually had a thinly trimmed beard, partially because I thought as a Muslim I should have at least some type of beard, and partially for 'fashion' purposes, for the looks, etc. May Allah :swt: forgive me and all of us, Ameen.

Then in Ramadan I started going for Taraweeh. As I became involved in the Masjid on a regular basis, I saw all these brothers with full sunnah beards. Old uncles, young guys, it didn't matter the age or nationality or what have you... they had their 100% authentic Muslim beards with noor (light) on their faces. They had 'regular' lives outside of the Masjid also, they walked the same streets I did, went to school, had a job, etc, and they weren't "embarrassed" or "scared" to sport a full Muslim beard. In fact they were proud of it, Masha'Allah. Due to these brothers and then going and doing research on the importance of the beard for brothers in Islam, I became inspired, Alhamdulillah, to grow a full sunnah beard myself and I haven't shaved (for fashion purposes anyway) since then, only to trim slightly every so often to keep it neat as it Insha'Allah grows to at least a fist length. Point of this story is that, all those brothers with beards who had an effect on me, Insha'Allah, are earning so much reward due to this, and they don't even know it. Allahu'Akbar.

Many other things have happened for me in such a way, you just never know. You can sit in the Masjid and listen to an hour long lecture but it has not much of an effect on you (just an example), and then some random brother says but a simple few words in passing, but those words hit your heart and you end up adapting a good habit, giving up a bad habit, adapting a sunnah, changing your incorrect way of thinking about something... etc. Things like that, Alhamdulillah, happen to me often, where something small someone does or says ends up having a big effect on me, Subhan'Allah, and I am sure the same happens with all of us.

You may walk by a brother on the street not thinking anything, and he may notice your beard and your pants above your ankles, get inspired with the grace of Allah :swt: and start doing the same himself. You may be making salat in a public place, not to "show off", but because it's salat time and it's time to make salat no matter where you are, and a non-Muslim might see you and wonder "hmmm I wonder why these Muslims pray like that everytime". Now this non-muslim goes on the internet and googles a few things, ends up getting deep into Islamic research, and becomes Muslim at some point. Or, another Muslim who may not be keeping up with salat sees you making salat wherever you are, and through you Allah ends up giving them the tawfeeq to guard their salat always as well. You don't even know it but Subhan'Allah, Insha'Allah, you just earned some major reward with Allah swt.

A non-Muslim sister sees a Muslim sister walking by on the street wearing hijab or niqab, thinks to herself "oh these poor oppressed Muslim women", goes home and tries to do more research on these "oppressed muslim women" for curiosity purposes, and because she just feels "oh so bad" for "these poor oppressed Muslim women". Allah wills that she be guided, so during her 'research' she stumbles upon SF or any other genuine Islamic website, takes this deen to heart and says her shahadah. The hijabi sister who walked by her on the street never knows any of this even happened, but Subhan'Allah, Insha'Allah, she earned some major reward with Allah swt and will continue to earn reward for every single good deed this person now does as a Muslim.

These are just examples, some have happened with me personally, some have not (no one has reverted to Islam because of me yet that I know of, but Insha'Allah if Allah wills I would like to help convert at least 1 person before I die), but my point is that we should always try our utmost best to be a model Muslim no matter where we are... because people are watching you and you are having an effect on random people when you don't even know it. Allah swt is being so kind to us that just by doing what we're supposed to be doing anyway, Subhan'Allah we have so many chances to have an effect on other Muslims and non-muslims and Insha'Allah earn some "24/7 rewards" as the OP put it.

Assalamu Alaikum,

Anas bin malik reported: Allah's messenger said: " Seven deeds that their reward is still written for a person even after he dies in his grave; a knowledge he taught to others, fixing a river, digging a well, planting a palm tree, building a masjid or having a child that makes dua'a for him" [ saheeh Al-targheeeb]

Doing something great with our lives and being super ambitious and having high hopes (lol). Just imagine the reward of those individuals who succeed at re-establishing the Khilaafah! I don’t think any other deed can match or even come close to that reward.

So off to greatness everyone! Come on!

Building shelters for homeless Muslims and non-Muslims where they can find all the services they need to build decent lives for themselves.
